About This Festival
The Allentown Art Festival has been an annual fixture in the Buffalo, NY area for well over fifty years. Starting in 1958, it was originally known as "The Buffalo Art Festival" until adopting its current name in 1966. Run by a small group of volunteers, its annual success depends on the focus on the featured art and vendors, instead of a huge calendar of events. It brings vitality to the city and has a national reputation for excellence. Come check out the vibrant colors and culture during the second week of June every year.
