About This Festival
Taste of Charlotte is a summer tradition that began 17 years ago. Home of the Best of the Taste completion, 30 area restaurants compete for the Silver Plater Award. To go with great food, you can also find local beer, cider, and wine. The Marketplace offers handcrafted items, local honey, custom jewelry, and one of a kind art. The Center Stage features local bands and belly dancing. Street performers, magic shows, and music are found at every corner. Kids will have a blast with a rock-climbing wall, inflatable bouncers, slides, and games just for them. Younger children enjoy the “Little Blue Choo” trackless train.
