NOFF began in 1989 and has since grow into one of the nation's top festivals that attracts thousands of producers, directors, writers, actors and industry veterans. Held yearly, it showcases full-length festivals, shorts, animation, and as well as music videos. It provides an opportunity for new and established filmmakers to show off their potential.
