Camp Bestival offers a fun family weekend that is filled with many different delights and stimulations. Fireworks, arts and music are all part of a fun filled experience that all members of the family will delight in. Live bands are on hand for entertainment and there are also campsites for overnight stays.
Tickets can be purchased from a variety of vendors. If a family is planning on bringing children under 18, they are strongly suggested to get tickets for them as well. Children under the age of 11 do get in free, but a ticket will also be required for their entrance.
Vendors of all sorts will also be on hand. Food, refreshments, and a variety of souvenirs will all be on hand for purchase. The festival will offer programs for the weekends that it runs. If a program is desired, they can be obtained at the gates when arriving at the festival.
Gates open pretty early in the afternoon. 11am is when campers, vans, and Rv's can enter. Individuals driving to the festival will find parking is ample and transport back and forth from the grounds available. Generally people can begin entering the festival at around noon.
Campsites do require check in. All individuals staying in the campsites are asked to not bring fireworks. Also outside food is discouraged as vendors will offer a large variety of fare for festival goers.
