About This Festival
The Anchorage Fur Rendezvous is nationally renowned winter festival that celebrates Anchorage’s rich tradition. Known locally as Fur Rondy, the festival includes a number of traditional and contemporary events including the Blanket Toss, Charlotte Jensen Native Arts Market, South Central Chapter of the Alaska Trappers Association Alaska Fur auction, and Alaska Hold’em Poker Tournament of Champions. The festival also features live music, dancing and a wide variety of food and adult beverages.
