There are many festivals in Anaheim that showcase the very best of cinema. The Anaheim Film Festival & Media Arts Expo is perhaps the most famous film event. At this international festival about 100 films are shown from various filmmakers and animators. Another famous film festival is the Viet Film Fest. Currently this festival showcases shorts and feature films made by talented Vietnamese filmmakers. Both of these film festivals are truly world-class Anaheim events.
Anaheim music festivals are abundant as well. For example, the Anaheim Heritage Festival always puts on a classic show in the summer. The beautiful choral music, along with the classical instruments, is truly a treat for the ears. Of course, being in Anaheim, Festival Disney has a huge presence in sponsoring musical events. Festival Disney hosts many orchestras, vocal ensembles, show choirs, jazz ensembles, and marching bands throughout the year in the Disneyland area.
