As a special treat for our guests, the fun and exciting "Holiday Season" laser light show will be presented twice during the day in the Museum's Giant Dome Theater, along with single showings of the "Christmas" and "Chanukah" laser light shows and a pop music laser light show known as "Lasermania".
Demos by celebrity chefs Larry Rosenberg (Guy's Grocery Games), Barret Beyer (Hell's Kitchen) and Tony Albanese (Cake Boss and Cake Wars) will also take place in the Giant Dome Theater.
DJ Chef, winner of Cutthroat Kitchen, will be leading The Chocolate Expo Dance Party by spinning disks while doing cooking demos in "Hangar 2."
In addition, for the Holiday Edition ONLY, we'll be opening up the Museum's hugely popular Retro Gaming Exhibit at no charge (on a first-come, first-served basis), plus the Nassau County Firefighters Museum (open 10 AM until 5 PM on the day of The Chocolate Expo, which itself is open until 7 PM).
