The Maui Film Festival is one of Hawaii’s premier summer events. Avid movie buffs gather at the outdoor Celestial Cinema and the Toes-in-the-Sand Cinema to view some of the finest films while sitting beneath the night sky. Additional films are showcased inside the Maui Arts and Cultural Center’s Castle and McCoy Theaters. Full-length movies along with short independent films offer a diverse range of experiences. Moviegoers also have the chance to attend culinary events that feature food items prepared by world-renowned chefs.
