Leading developers and IT specialists to share their experience at the fourth exhibition and conference “The Internet of Things”
According to Gartner, there will be 8.4 bln IoT devices by the end of 2017 – which exceeds indicators for 2016 by 31%. By 2020, the figures will reach 20.4 bln. The market offers various IoT devices: from smart home coffeemakers to large-scale automated manufacturing systems. Taking into account the above mentioned, representatives of the IoT industry need to understand which market segment to develop in and where to invest.
You will hear the answers to these and other questions at the fourth international exhibition and conference “The Internet of Things”. Every year it brings together engineers, developers, entrepreneurs and investors who share their experience with others and discuss relevant problems of the IoT industry.
Last year visitors of the conference listened to specialists from Google, Cisco, Huawei, Tibbo, Rightech and other foreign and Russian companies. The event will be even larger this year.
A new format
The exhibition and conference “The Internet of Things” will be held in Moscow, on the territory of ECC “Sokolniki”, pavilion 7a. This year, it will change its format. Instead of one day, the event will last for two days – from October 31 to November 1. It means that there will be more speakers and interesting presentations.
The program
The event’s basis is a conference. It is divided into two thematic blocks.
The first one is dedicated to discussion of modern hardware and software. Speakers will analyze pros and cons of existing technical solutions and explain how and for what purpose to use them. These presentations will be made on October 31.
On November 1, the audience will listen to speeches from the second thematic block aimed at overviewing modern developments in Industrial IoT and LifeStyle IoT. We will analyze interesting case studies of implementing the technologies of “a smart car”, “a smart garden”, “smart factories”, etc. Organizers can add other topics for discussion, so follow news on the official website of the exhibition and conference “The Internet of Things”.
The program will also feature:
an exhibition – which will be held simultaneously with the conference. Over 30 companies will demonstrate their IoT developments, visitors will see models of various smart technologies and get an opportunity to test them;
workshops – foreign experts will hold workshops in relevant topics of IoT
