Broadcasting from Valentine’s Day until 19 Feb at 8.30pm, from the Black Flamingo in FRINGE WORLD’s Pleasure Garden, audiences can expect a feline feast of sketches, improv and knockabout Tomcattery, coupled with plenty of songs and stupidity. Suitable for humans, free entry for cats.
Award winning comedians, FRINGE WORLD veterans and huge idiots Chris Turner and Alice Winn are the deluded Millennials behind this ill-advised venture. They’re also romantically involved, so any night could be their last if the creative process was anything to go by.
Artist Biographies: Chris Turner and Alice Winn both trained and began performing with Oxford University’s legendary improv troupe, The Oxford Imps, one of the UK’s most renowned comedic breeding grounds. They have since pursued more challenging improvised formats - Chris with FRINGE WORLD favourites Racing Minds and Alice with Edinburgh Fringe sell-out show The Adventures of the Improvised Sherlock Holmes. Chris is an award-winning stand-up comedian, Alice is a novelist, and for four years they have been boyfriend and girlfriend.
