The Rhode Island International Film Festival is a must see for anyone who loves the art of filmmaking, screenplay writing and video production. This event was brought forth in 1997 by George T. Marshal, founder of the Flickers Arts Collaborative. Every year over 32,000 people flock to the festival to hear celebrity speakers on topics related to the cinematic arts produced by independent filmmakers.
