Also held in Hayward, Wisconsin the Lumberjack Championships pay homage to the rich lumber industry that shaped the area. The Championships host logrolling, boom runs, pole climbing, chopping, sawing, and many more events. This event is a leader in recognition and support of woman’s sports and each event has a female only counterpart. With a total of over 21 events and a cash pool of $50,000 there is always an event to fascinate spectators with shows of pure strength, skill, agility and grace. The Championships are held on July 23-25.
