The Show has an amazing array of Tastes of Anglia and small producers from distilleries to sausage makers to Choices Cheeses of Suffolk. Whilst you are a the show tasting and sampling and buying away why not take some time to go to one of our many Cookery Demonstrations with some fabulous Chefs. The fabulous British Bake Off Winner Sophie Faldo will be at the show on both days this year. Claudio Bincoletto top Italian Chef will be at the show showing you how to make your own pasta along with a delicious sauce. Claudio is a dedicated ecologically friendly forager. As well as being a Chef to the stars he is a Head Gardener at Tottenham Hotspurs. We will have an array of local Chefs demonstrating as well.
