The Houston Oriental & Folklore Dance Festival is an annual event that brings some of the biggest names in oriental dance and middle eastern folklore to Houston for a weekend of amazing workshops, shows, and an international competition.
With a focus on authenticity, the enthusiast or professional dancer will find instruction that broadens their understanding of the culture and artistic vision that brings middle eastern dance to life.
This year the Houston Oriental & Folklore Dance Festival is proud to present headlining instructors Madam Lubna Emam and Francois Rahme as well as guest instructors April Rose, Dalida, and the 2015 Oriental Dance Superstar Kata Maya. The event takes place on April 22nd - 24th, 2016 at Talento Bilingue De Houston (333 South Jensen Drive).
