About This Festival

Following the sell out success of the inaugural event earlier this year, the capital's original and best Prosecco festival will be back bigger and better for 2018, with more leading producers, more masterclasses, more Italian food and more Prosecco all round.

A premium four day celebration of North East Italy's finest export, Prosecco Springs will be expanding outside into the newly built outdoor park between Oval Space and The Pickle Factory.

Experience a slice of Veneto in the heart of East London, with tastings, Italian food, live music and more. Prosecco Springs will be carrying their mission statement, which is to educate the new generation of Prosecco drinkers, forward to 2018, with an expanded series of informative masterclasses.

THE MASTERCLASSES

Back by popular demand, Prosecco Springs will be doubling the number of masterclasses in 2018. Over the course of the hour-long masterclass, expert sommeliers will guide you through the core principles of wine tasting. Learn about the process from grape to glass, find out about different types of Prosecco and how to pair Prosecco with food.

THE FOOD

The Prosecco Springs food menu marries authentic Italian dishes from the Veneto region, with the finest, freshest seasonal ingredients that the British springtime has to offer. Expect an expanded menu to include classic dishes such as risotto, regional charcuterie, Venetian Cicchetti (bar snacks and small plates) and of course, pizza - a firm Prosecco Springs favourite.

TICKET INFO

The event ticket entitles all guests to sample a glass of Prosecco from as many as eight producers. Each session is five hours long.
