20+ Activities for ALL AGES and ABILITIES to Have a Go at on ALL INCLUSIVE tickets. Quality family friendly coaching from local sports providers and clubs as well as national governing bodies like England Netball. 30 - 45 minute sessions all happening concurrently and under cover (in the warm!) in the inspirational facilities of the Regional Athletics Arena and National Squash Centre. Sports include: Basketball, Athletics, Volleyball, Sprints, Relays and Races, Netball, Badminton, VX International, Squash, Racquetball, Table Tennis and many more. Plus Dance and Fitness Classes! Food and drink and a retail exhibition too. All activities are free with your ticket!
