The inaugural Treasure Valley Fine Arts Festival will be held August 28-29, 2021 at Julius Kleiner Park in Meridian, located near the junction of Eagle Road and Fairview. Festival hours are Saturday, August 28, 9am - 6pm and on Sunday, August 29, 9am – 5pm. The event
This new arts festival gives Ada and Canyon County residents and visitors the opportunity to interact directly with 100 professional artists and learn what's new in the world of arts and crafts. In addition to the exhibition, the festival will include food vendors, a picnic area, a beer garden and live music.
The Festival used a rigorous jury process to select artists and craftspeople to exhibit work at the Arts Festival, an approach that ensures exceptional work in all categories, and one that has been successful at other festivals for decades. The jury consisted of a small panel of local artists and collectors to select the 100 participating artists out of a larger pool of applicants.
"With the ever-growing population of the area, the ability of Meridian to host a show like this is very strong," said Art Daves, Festival Director. "We look forward to establishing a new tradition of high quality art shows in this part of the Treasure Valley."
