The 17th Annual Bare Bones International Film and Music Festival promises to be one of the best yet! Held in Muskogee Oklahoma as part of the "Maypril in Muskogee" festivities, this week long festival shows independent films, showcases musicians, holds screenwriter conferences, and more. Taking place this year on April 19th through the 24th, you can get acquainted with the film makers, actors, and screenwriters. Attend the seminars and other special events associated with this juried festival which features documentaries, short films, music videos, and feature films, all filmed under a "Bare Bones" budget. Various venues in downtown Muskogee include the Roxy theater, Studio Broadway, 3 Rivers Museum, and the OK Music Hall of Fame, among others.
