The worlds of fashion photography, visual art and floristry collide with In Bloom.
Combining the talents of acclaimed fashion illustrator Pippa McManus, photographer Caitlin Worthington, florist Rebecca Const of Fox & Rabbit, stylist Emma Bergmeier-Varian, makeup artist Rebecca Collins and hair stylist Melissa Cook, In Bloom celebrates the innate beauty of flower crowns.
After successfully launching the exhibition concept in 2014 with a sold out show in Fremantle, the team of WA based creatives return in 2015 with a stunning collection of paintings and photographs that exude romance and femininity.
Shot on location in a hidden suburban wonderland, the photographs, which feature Chadwick models Emilee MacCormack and Karina White adorned in designs by local labels including On A Whim, Wild Horses, One Fell Swoop and Harriette Gordon, were then transformed into mixed media paintings by McManus, who is renowned for her portraits of high profile modelling superstars.
