TWO♫TO♫LOU Music Festival was created to help raise money for the Louis T. Festo Memorial Scholarship fund. We award scholarships to Newburyport High School (MA) and also Timberlane Regional in Plaistow NH. Starting this year we will also be donating music instruments to children who want to learn but cannot afford.
