Dinner served from noon to 4 pm. A Green Bluff apple wood fire adds a special flavor to the salmon as it cooks on the 50 foot grill. It is generously coated with our very own secret sauce as the racks move slowly down the line. 63 years of BBQ experience. Dinner includes potato salad, baked beans, & dinner roll with ice cream cup & cookies. Coffee, iced tea & milk included. Picnic tables on the grass, under the trees.
