The Boutique at the YWCA Northcentral PA is hosting LABELS, a fashion show and pop up market featuring local designers and artisans, on Saturday June 24 from 1:00-4:00pm in celebration of our 4 year anniversary. LABELS was created to shine a spotlight on the brilliant diversity, talent, and creativity found here in Lycoming County, especially in our marginalized populations. With an aim to primarily feature LBGTQ+, multicultural, and female artisans as well as artisans with disabilities, we hope to apply the YWCA's mission statement, "Empowering women, ending racism, and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all" in a real tangible way.
See models strut their stuff in our outdoor fashion show, sporting summer looks from area designers, then come inside for light refreshments and music from a live band. Shop the indoor accessory and craft market where local vendors will offer beautiful, trendy, locally made clothing, jewelry, candles, and more! And if that was not enough shopping, our own Boutique will have extended hours the same day!
