About This Festival
Meriwether County is excited to announce its 2ND Annual Country Christmas extravaganza! This year’s kick-off to the holiday season will feature the lighting of seven, specially decorated Christmas Trees, representing each of the seven cities in Meriwether County.
The trees will be on display around the Courthouse in Greenville for our Country Christmas event. This event promises to bring something for the whole family. We will kick off the event with a Christmas parade showcasing some of our county’s dignitaries, school bands & others.
Our Holiday Festivities will include: Some superb Singers, Choirs, Praise Dancers, Free Prizes, Vendors, Games & Santa Claus for the kids.
